DEED RESTRICTIONS

Deed Restrictions.  Many homeowners have asked whether Tarpon Woods is a deed restricted community.  The answer is YES!  However,   Tarpon Woods has never had a Homeowners Association to enforce the deed restrictions.  These restrictions may be enforced by individual homeowners.  A copy of the documents is available for a small copying fee (or for free via email) by contacting, members of the Tarpon Woods Entrance & Islands Alliance, which does not have the authority to enforce these deed restrictions.

Is TWE&IA proposing a Home Owners Association? 

Absolutely NOT!  We are an advocacy group formed with the intent to be a formidable voice and valuable resource for the residents of Tarpon Woods and to maintain the common areas of the community, including the entrance islands and several other areas.  Through unity, the Tarpon Woods community has the opportunity to play a more active and influential role in local government matters that affect our community and our families

 

SIGNS

You are asked not to display any signs on the center islands into Tarpon Woods. They will be removed. This includes signs for Garage Sales, Homes/Condo's for sale, open houses, etc. Signs are to be displayed on the corners NOT ON THE CENTER ISLANDS.....Keep our community looking good!  

COMMERCIAL SIGNS of any type are prohibited by our deed restrictions and are not allowed anywhere near the entrance to Tarpon Woods.....
