Place your proxy, after voting, in a plain white sealed envelope, with the printed name, address and signature on the front of the envelope of the household member voting (only one voter per household--do not sign proxy...it is confidential ) and submit to Secretary of TWAC prior to or at the annual meeting. You may also deliver or mail it to the secretary’s home.
The signatory ratifies and confirms any and all acts and things that the proxy may do or cause to be done in the premises, whether at the meeting referred to above or at any change, adjournment, or continuation, and revoke all prior proxies (ballots) previously executed.
